Sister Elnita B. Finklea was born in Mullins, SC to Willie and Daisy Brockington. She was married on September 5, 1987 to Ricky Finklea. They have three children: David Joshua, Richard Andrew, and Rinesha Denae.
She was baptized and received the Holy Ghost at the Progressive church in Mullin where she served in several positions such as: Choir member, teacher for single sisters of local Women Auxiliary Board, Beginners Sunday School teacher, member of the Echo Ensemble, Secretary/typist for youth newsletter, and corresponding church secretary. She presently attends Progressive Church in Sumter where her husband Elder Ricky Finklea is the Pastor and serves as local Women Auxiliary President. She loves the Lord, the Progressive Church, and works dilgently and faithfully supporting her husband. She has been saved for 36 years.
